a)We give parts or full compensation on broken items.Please Be sure to provide photos of broken items.

That's necessary to process the compensation.

b)Full refund for lost package.must meet the following:

Air mail:>=39-45 valid business days;
Air package:>=39-45 valid business days;
EMS:>=39 valid business days;
SAL:>=45-60 valid business days;

c) If buyer is not satified with the items,we will give full refund after the original items returned.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
